When ordering online you will receive an email confirmation from us. Orders will normally be ready within 24 hours. We endeavour to package your gears to avoid any damage in transit. All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

Complimentary Standard Shipping Terms and Conditions: 

• The price of the merchandise must meet the required amount ($300 AUD) in order to receive complimentary shipping. 
• Multiple items totaling the required amount will not receive free shipping if sent to multiple addresses.
•  You may verify the status of your order and shipment by contacting us on 0400758888. We will be on hand to assist you from 10AM–5PM Tuesday through Friday, 10AM-4PM for Saturday and Sunday.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Articles are accepted for store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 14 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply. If you're returning the article that isn't entirely in the same condition as when you purchased it or not in the condition for resale, restocking fee may apply.

Please note that KK Tennis does not ship to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers as all orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that there are delivery delays for your order, do not hesitate to contact us on 0400758888. Items ordered together may not always ship together and items on special order may take longer to arrive.

A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. Credit card refunds may take up to 2 weeks to be processed. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
