KK Tennis is a newly started Pro Tennis shop and located at South Yarra, VIC. We aim to provide high-quality customer service and help players to find the right racket and string. The pro tennis shop is equipped with the latest in tennis racquets, strings and accessories which allow players to realise the optimisation of their game.

Qualities and Skills:
  • Honest, initiative, and solid work ethic, be able to work under pressure and unsupervised
  • Punctuality and reliability is extremely important
  • Organised, mature minded, attention to details
  • Outgoing, friendly and positive attitude is essential towards customers and work colleagues
  • Have a passion for Tennis and high level of customer service skills
  • Good command of English language and communication skills
  • Ability to operate a Point of Sale cash register and capable of cashing up at the end of shifts
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends and public holidays
  • Tennis knowledge and restringing experience preferred
  • Experienced Shopify user preferred


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Providing a friendly, professional and efficient service to our customers
  • Selling racquets, strings and accessories
  • Fulling online orders
  • Delivering a high-quality of restringing job with the aim to provide a quality experience for every customer
  • Accepting payment by a variety of payment methods and preparing sales invoices
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as product inventories and participating in stocktakes
  • Stacking and displaying goods for sale, and wrapping and packing goods sold
  • Answering phone calls and regularly maintain the cleanness of the shop.
  • Providing regular feedback to store manager
  • Help deliver a great customer experience to grow and promote KK Tennis
